Dear readers, I am participating in Alphabe-Thursday where, this week, RAINBOW colours rule! Now, I’m not sure, myself, about this for clothes (the Versace above, for instance?) or interior design. But many do carry it off flawlessly. So it must be me! Anyway, enough of the talk and let’s look at the …
… colourful evidence!KEY:
1. Versace (above)
2–3 Matthew Williamson (for H & M) – Kourtney Kardashian & Estelle (below)
4-5 Matthew Williamson – Thandie Newton
6-7 Matthew Williamson (for H & M) – Gennifer Goodwin & Daria Werbowy
8 Matthew Williamson - Joy Bryant & Becki Newton
and a Klee:

Now, as for the world of art, a couple of rainbow Kandinskys: and a Klee:
As for the man-made world, a foot-powered dance floor, Rotterdam (how green!)
And as for the natural world, firstly, colourful images featuring donkeys. The first horrific one of a scared animal overflying a beach in Russia. (Be very afraid, Ryanair & EasyJet!),
the second a more traditional scene ON a beach (in the UK):

And secondly, the famous RAINBOW flower gardens, Epcot, Florida:
I’M STILL UNSURE ABOUT RAINBOW-COLOURED CLOTHES! BUT WHAT ABOUT YOU – WHAT’S YOUR TAKE? AND COULD YOU WEAR ANY OF THE OUTFITS ABOVE?Do tell me! And do check out other Alphabe-Thursday posts @ Jenny Matlock´s great site!
And, finally, thank you to all my dear readers and also new followers who visited or commented last week! Have a great weekend and see you again for Six Word Saturday!
Enjoy!
XOXO LOLA:)

With the exception of the first outfit..I love all the others! Lol! Great pictures!! Oooh, and all those flowers at the end. Rainbow colors make me happy!
Hope you both are having a wondeful week! Hugs from me and the kitties. :)
xoxo
The clothes? Not so much. But I do love that Epcot floral rainbow a ton.
No on the clothes...but we do love the Art and the Epcot garden!!! xoxo Jeanne, Chloe & LadyBug
I don't think even in my younger days I would wear them LOL. I adore all your rainbow pictures.
Maybe I'd wear the first one to something like a Halloween party, but I'm really kind of a conservative dresser...lots of Navy and black. :)
LOVE the flowers at Epcot! That poor donkey distresses me...
Lovely-very nice.

Hi Nora and Lola,
Great colourful post!
Always makes me feel happy to see some bright colours around.
Do not think I would wear any of the clothes but I love the pretty flowers and the art.
Enjoy the rest of the week
Hugs
Carolyn
I won't wear the first dress. Look what happens to Lady Gaga.
I like the flowers.
The Versace outfit is definitely a pain to my eyes.
The rest of the outfits are just amusing and gorgeously matched with the right combination of color :)
I do wish I could wear colorful outfits, but as the pros say: when you are short and you wear more colors it makes you shorter.
Thanks for your visit,
Berlin
Both clever and beautiful!!!
Oh my, clothing with that much color...do they fall under the fashion don'ts? That first dress is actually a little creepy. I think it's the faces. There's just too many of them :)
I actually kinda like the 4th design. It reminds me of stain glass windows. Not sure if it works as a dress since it's just too busy on the eyes.
Some great rainbow moments!

Love the rainbow mini dress..wish I could still wear clothes like that!
All that colour and pattern takes me back to the 70's when everything was tie-dyed or batik or both - a riot of colour. I'm a little more subdued now, but I could go for a harlequin skirt or a tie-dyed scarf.
I love the Rainbow Garden. What amazingly bright colors!
I love the rainbow dress. I really like this site!
yes on the clothes ... i do love Matthew Williamson ... but not the Versace ...
I LOVE color! I can wear it all and feel great... orange... bright aqua... it's all fun! Great post! Hugs to Lola and I'm happy to be following you again. So sorry to hear about the blog issue.
Have a wonderful weekend!
Holly
What a funny post!
I don't have the body to wear any of those dresses...
...but I do have the good taste to want to hang that Klee!
I love his art!
And I loved your interpretation of this weeks 'color'.
Thank you for linking.
A+
