Dear readers, I am participating in Alphabe-Thursday where ‘Q’ is for *QUITE* EXTRAORDINARY FASHON TRENDS AT THE MET COSTUME INSTITUTE GALA 2010
This annual Gala Benefit, which took place at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art on Monday, May 3 and hosted by Oprah Winfrey, Patrick Robinson (Gap), and Anna Wintour (Editor-in-Chief, Vogue), is an opportunity for "celebrities" to trial more daring trends than at the Oscars.

I have to say I like Gisele.. she looks like she eats! .. I am amazed that these women look so waife like... I think Gisele looks like a woman,, curves and great legs!
I love the simple white dress and the top.
Do these women ever eat?!
The yellow outfit is a disaster!lol
The tassels & bondage shoes haha! :D
I love #2 but I don't think many women could wear it. I like #3, I remember wearing jumpsuits in my younger days.
I'm not particularly feeling any of these dresses.
Katy Perry: Why did your mom let you out of the house? You look so ridiculous!
Rachel Zoe: I die... but not in a good way LOL
There were some great dresses that night though. Jennifer Lopez looked particularly fab, and so I also loved Anne Hathaway's dress.
*kisses* HH
I like the white ones, Diane Kruger and Kirsten Dunst. I liked Sienna Miller's least.
What fun! Fashion!
Best wishes,
Anna

Hahahaha! These were some of the weirdest! :)
I like the jumpsuit best & Sienna Miller´s dress least! Great post as always!:D
i love the first white dress :D
Zoe ... not I die ... more like I disaster ... really, i expect more from her.
Giselle ... face it, the girl looks great in anything ...
I cant pick a worst, most of them are the worst
Hmmmmm, not sure that I really like any of these!
I don't think I'd care to be caught dead in any of the above! But I'm not waif-like either so chances are slimmer than those models that I would ever fit in them! :)
Thank you for your comment, lovely to hear from you...Like the lilac one...
Hi Lola and Nora,
I am not really fussed about any of these dresses, if I had to make a choice it would have to be Diane Krugers or Kirsten Dunst.
Have a very happy weekend
Hugs
Carolyn
Diane Kruger looks amazing, I think just for being able to look flawless in that dress she should get an award! and go Tina, go! Didn't know the jumpsuit was on it's way back, but they say it all just cycles, right? Think I'll be sitting that cycle out though!
That little purple outfit is adorable! I totally love that. If I ever get to my goal in WW's I am sooooo ordering something like that.
What a personally inspiring Q post!
Mike's comment made me laugh!
Thanks for participating. I always enjoy your fashionista posts!
A+
I will have to pick the white dress, not sure which I like the least as they would most all not be on my list..hehehe..
Debby
i know there was a lot of fuss over the velvet dress in spring..but i think it is just stunning...i say velvet in spring colors is the way to go!!!
Katy, you are lovely but your outfit..
I am very bored of seeing the same jumpsuits =.=
LOVE the green dress, the purple one is not too bad.
Thanks for the early wish =3
With pizza & fries,
Berlin
PS the purple dress would be lovely if the pockets weren't huge and bulgy.
=Berlin=
you know, I am not crazy about any of them....how does rachel zoe style anyone....she looks like a hot mess....
I am thinking Not So Much on all of the dresses. The white one is the best imho! Love seeing what women who have all the $$ in the world wear. Wonder what I would, if I were them??
I love Tina Fey, but I do not like her outfit....I was never a fan of jumpsuits! The minimalist white gets my vote!! But, maybe that's because that's what color Lola is!!! Ha!
What a fun post!!
I'm not a fashion girl at all. My uniform is jeans and a t-shirt. But if I were as ridiculously skinny as these girls, perhaps I'd try one of these...like #2 the best, although I'd be too hot.
I kinda like the yellow one and the "wedding dress" and the minimalist. The others are pretty blah or just plain yucky.

I prefer the Price and Bundchen outfits...cool post...Peace and blessings
