This week, ‘Q’ IS FOR *Q*UEST FOR TOP DOG! During last week’s annual, four-day UK Crufts competition, nearly 22,000 dogs and their owners competed for a variety of awards, but it was a Lhasa Apso called Elizabeth (below) who took the coveted title of Best In Show. Who said owners resemble their pets? Here are some more images:

Do check out other Alphabe-Thursday posts @ Jenny Matlock.
And, finally, thank you to all my dear readers who have visited or commented.

No, I don't personally know any pets that resemble their owners. Some of those dogs looked high maintenance to me.

Haven't looked for that lately, but I do know a few Quirky dogs:)

I've seen people that resemble their dogs, interesting isn't it?
There are so many beautiful breeds of dogs that are not usually seen because they're not part of the house pet pack so watching a dog show is enlightening.

Great post for Q. The Quest for Best in Show is quite something to witness. A auditorium filled with magnificent dogs and the people that they lead around on the end of those leashes!

I love dog shows too. Sometimes the resemblance is uncanny. Cracks me up.

In many cases, the groomed and combed canines are a tad more attractive than their owners/handlers. A sad truth to fathom, but I see the beauty more in the four-legged ladies and gents here...

Oh glory, I hope this isn't true. Our Blue Heeler is almost a year old and baby...she ain't winnin' any beauty contests! Heeehehehe!!!!

Yep, I have met those owners who had dogs that looked just like 'em.

God bless and have a fantstic week sweetie!!! :o)

This was quite a fun link for Alphabe-Thursday!

I do think some pet owners look like their pets.

Oskar, our weiner dog, is actually a show dog. We had plans to take him and his twin sister on the dog show circuit but then we had our first Grandlittle and I became daycare Grandma! A wonderful choice for me.

Oskar is too old and gray and cranky, now, but when I see these pictures I often wonder...'what if'!

Thanks for linking.
