That's a hard one...I've always loved watching Clint snarl & squint! Jeff Bridges was amazing, if a tad incomprehensible, in True Grit.

Yes Clint Eastwood is my favourite western cowboy but charlie sheen did play Richard 'Dick' Brewer in Young Guns with billy the kidd really well and for what it's worth I will miss him in two and half men
Awww, memories of my favorite past time...when I had time:) I loved all you shared but would like to add two of my favorite TV Cowboy Westerns...Bonanza of course and Ward Bond in Wagon Train...now I'm telling my age:) Thanks for the Wonderful post!
John Wayne would get my vote. JDaniel's first movie was a Fist Full of Dollars. We watched in our hospital room when he was born.
