AGAPANTHUS ...

There is a similar flower that blooms in the early spring in the high mountain areas that I just love! Great shots...

Aren't they beautiful? You have lovely captures:) We have some blooming by the fence. I didn't know that the agapanthus also comes in white and pink!

d'you ever see the film bed of roses? it's a corny lil chick flick with christian slater and mary stuart masterson. the score in it is gorgeous. michael convertino (?) wrote some beautiful music for that movie. it's not the best thing i've ever seen, by any means. but i like it anyway. and slater's character, his favorite flower is agapanthus. i immediately thought of that when i saw your post. that film, of one particular scene... make me wanna watch it again, actually.
