*Y* IS FOR *Y*OUR KIND OF JEWELRY ...?

Dear readers, I am participating in Alphabe-Thursday where ‘Y’ IS FOR *Y*OUR KIND OF JEWELRY? After last week’s post, I thought some jewelry might be appropriate to set off those Xciting, Xotic animal prints I can (virtually) see you all in! Just the ticket, too, to pop down to the shops in…! Well, do you like wearing jewelry? What kind? Is this for you? 1. Layered necklaces (above) 2. Fashionable fringe (below) 3. Bold statements 4.Strong motifs 5. All metal

6. Square bangles

7. Huge retro-inspired ring

8. The more the better

COULD YOU SEE YOURSELF IN ANY OF THESE DESIGNS?

Do tell me! And do check out other Alphabe-Thursday posts @ Jenny Matlock!

And, finally, thank you to all my dear readers who have visited or commented. Have a great weekend! And see you again for Ruby Tuesday!

Enjoy!

XOXO LOLA:)

Way too big for me. I prefer simple and small. Creative Y post.

At 5'2" I don't think I could get away with any of that, as there just isn't enough of me to carry it off.

A bit much for me as I don't like heavy pieces around my neck or on my wrist.

LOLA! Mom and dad were sad when they lost my predecessor, Lucky the Bichon. But they think I'm human too. I came here to see what a Bichon looks like...hmmmmm. Kinda hairy. And white. I'm white too, but my hair is silky. Not curly like yours. I bet getting brushed is horrible for you!

We know what high maintenance means. Poor Lucky, and all the hours at the groomers, having the indignity of his curls being fluffed out.

He now has a permanent place on the shelf...in an urn. Breaks my heart. Joe and I are going to be cremated and our instructions are that we're all three (four now. Counting our maltese) are to be shaken, not stirred, together.

I'm not much of a jewelry person. I wear my wedding ring and I always wish I felt stylin' enough to carry off some of the cool necklace looks I see at Anthropology when my daughter and I got shopping there.

Thanks for sharing these lovely pieces.

I shall just enjoy seeing them on other people.

Thanks for linking.
