Dear
readers, this week ‘Q’ is for *Q*uite ludicrous – in other words,
fashion faux pas …
The above shot here in Spain (apologies to the lady who, I'm sure you'd agree, would look so much more appealing in, err, less tight clothes!)
But fashion faux pas aren't restricted to mere mortals like us but slebs as well.
Here are some for you to check out: David Bowie in an, err, red phase:

Fancy pants, anyone? Elle MacPherson
or Diane Kruger:
Tulisa:
Err!
Trucker cap - does this really suit anyone over 17?
Ashish (Summer 2013) - pulled through a bush backwards style?
Fancy Celine Dion's wedding "tiara"?
Oh no! Just look at that bumbag:
or these Baggy pants:

Hi Nora and Lola,
Great post and doesn't David Bowie look so young and yes socks and sandls has to be the biggest faux pas.
Hope you are enjoying the week
Hugs
Carolyn
I'm kind of a walking fashion faux pas!
I so don't get the baggy pants.
I tend to just be one giant fashion faux pas. I'm very much into comfort. :-)
I have to say - I continue to be totally amazed at the fact that these young guys keep the pants from falling down to their ankles. For the life of me, I can't figure out how they stay on??
Ohhh Yes, I was going Yes, and Yes and with great excitement YES as I've lost 8kgs recently and I too now have the baggy pants look!!!
Thanks for brightening my day

LOL Great ( FUNNY! ) post
Fashion faux pas? Moi? Never!!
I always thought the old guys in shorts and sandals with black calf-length socks would bring out the fashion police... LOL!
Fun post!
Which just goes to show you can be young and beautiful and thin and blonde and still arrange to look terrible.
Well this totally gave me a laugh, didn't know what to expect visiting your blog for the first time...thanks for the fun times and crazy outfits!
Great fun post!
Gotta love these pics you've shown us today! What were they thinking??
I've always tried to be careful of embarrassing myself with the way I dress. But as you get older you forget if you HAVE or not! LOL One of the few benefits of the aging process.
Thanks so much for stopping by to visit. Your comments always make us feel so good!
Blessings, Edie Marie
I so love the tourist look of plaid shorts and black knee socks! LOL! My mother would chuckle if she were alive to see those pants! She always laughed at MC Hammer and those parachute pants which probably could get you to safety flying in the air! HaHaHa!
I'd rather be wearing something ugly because I have to ...than wear something ugly because that is my fashion sense...LOL...I'm sure I have made mistakes, but When I was younger...no one said a word about it. I'm 62,still wearing my hair long, with bangs. Been this way since I was a little girl. I'm sure you've seen my pics from time to time on here. Should I cut?
LOL...

I wouldn't be able to pick just one faux pas, but I really enjoyed the ones you picked out. Especially the bride! Happy Monday Mellow Yellows!
I sure do have some fashion fall too ^_^ And I am amuse of your choices they are all true. One thing though I don't get why kids wear a baggy pants like that hehehe.

The baggy pants are one of the worst but I agree, the hat especially on her looks out of place.
These are quite ludicrous indeed...
I am ashamed to admit that I do qualify in this category because I... ummm... ... Okay, sometimes, but only sometimes, I wear socks with sandals... Don't tell anyone though.
Some of these fashion faux pas are more questionable than others...
Great post for the letter "Q"!
Thanks for linking.
A+
Fashion total, me encantan las fotografias
